Hi, I would like to offer handcrafted comics of a style similar to the referenced one. I charge around 40 SGD per panel, but I would be happy to offer 60 panels for 1500 SGD (+ 10% provision) in ink pen and watercolours. I reasonably sure that I could deliver a high resolution scan of one panel in 1-2 days and deliver the entire package in 30 days.
