Cairo Button Control with Drop Capability

I would like a new User Control button created from the following Cairo Example (tutorial 20, cwSimpleButton Class). The only thing missing from the existing Class is the ability to drop text into the Button. The Cairo tutorial is attached with all required DLL files.
