I want to build links to my videography site from photography blogs, especially wedding photographers. I need a freelancer who searches through the sites of photographers, wedding planers, wedding blogs... to see if their blogs allow do-follow links and provide me a list of the blogs that do. I can tell anyone how this is done, the only thing really needed is an internet access. I don't need a technical expert, just someone who is willing to do internet research work. I don't need the freelancer to do entries on that blog, I will make them myself.
