Hotmail contents to Microsoft Outlook pst file

I have a Hotmail account with an existing folder structure. Among these folders there are 53 folders that have a common name prefix. These folders contains between a few to several hundred emails each. I need the Hotmail account (temporally) added to a Microsoft Outlook account (that is supposed to be possible), have the above-mentioned 53 folders including their contents imported from Hotmail and have them saved as a pst file. Folder structure and folder contents need to be maintained. I intend to access this pst file from my Outlook 2003. My own attempts to access my Hotmail account through Microsoft Outlook have failed. As the Hotmail account is a private account that contains private information I need to be certain that whoever accesses this account temporally will not abuse this access. Please provide your proposed measures for protecting my privacy with your quote.
