168561 Custom User Chat/Shout Box

Hi, We need a chat/shout box designed for our football/soccer site. The chat box should have 21 rooms. 1 nuetral (default) room, with 20 premier league football team rooms ie a room each for Manchester Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea.... Users must register and select the team they support. The user will then only be able to access the 'Nuetral room' and their supported teams room. The chat box must be fast and be able to facilite high usage volumes. User should also be able to change their font colours etc, and the inclusion of 'smileys' would be great - though not essential. The chat box should also be created to the following size: width="450" height="570" Many thanks, Ben
