Template to CSS3+HTML5

Hi, We have a design to be converted into a working CSS3 + HTML5 site. Although the design is provided, the worker will have to: 1. Complete conversion of white/black buttons (right menu) for sprites 2. In line with bullet (1) - it goes without saying that all of the buttons should be in sprites 3. Complete creation of hover for top "go" button 4. bottom right should be a facebook "like" button same like in the picture - that's one of their modules. have a demo one, we will create one for our site later on 5. Site is in RTL. please make sure you understand this and comply 6. Site background should spread 100% without cutting. the site itself should be by the designed pixels 7. Create the simplest css3/html5 code you can - this should go into a template (header/footer) Note: Although the site is in hebrew you do not require to know hebrew. you can use dummy text - we will convert it later. This project is only for the main page. we will have continuous projects for the internal pages as well. if all goes well, the selected worker will be granted the upcoming designs. Good Luck, Ika, CTO
