Project Managing Firm Needed

We are currently in need of a firm to manage, supervise, and support our day to day activities. This firm should be able to assist in the following; - Accept and Respond to the following types of communication o E-Mail o Phone Calls via Skype o And web based helpdesk (osTicket) - Provide excellent customer services and communication skills - Speak, Read and Write in fluent English - Possess 24/7 internet and phone access - Possess skilled Knowledge and Understanding of the following o Computers o Networks o Online Business o Accounting o E-Commerce o Microsoft Office / [login to view URL] o HTML o PHP - Single individuals will not be accepted, as this is a 24/7 operation, and backups are needed. The expected amount of work will very with the average of 20 hours per month. Please bid your total cost for one month's worth of service (20 hours). Target Budget: $2.00-$5.00 per hour
