Wordpress theme and configuration 2.0

I'm in need of a Wordpress web developer to Configure 1x wordpress themes for me ASAP. The new site must be a complete replication of a UK site called Compare Now . com and have the same content structure and exact site navigation using wordpress. Willing to pay $10 an hour it should take about 8 hours or more. The files are all available already on the server and need to be configured correctly. This work is to be done ASAP, the winning candidate will be in line for further work. Please no time wasters, need someone who can come in and get these themes set up on exisiting wordpress installations.
