We have an existing Excel file that is used to gather and summarize data. It has a number of macros which are primarily used for navigation ie. moving from Excel sheet to Excel sheet in the current format. We need a protocol that we can use to upload the Excel file, modify/convert as necessary and replicate the functions and appearance of the Excel file on a website. The attached file is a stripped down version but includes sufficient samples of screens and macros to be representative of the final version.
The successful bidder should be able to demonstrate the attached file being used on line and provide us with sufficient information that will allow us to upload the final version.
