Emagazine Cover & Report Cover Design

I have a launch page for a new fashion website and I am offering an emagazine to subscribers for free. When a reader visits the site, I want a separate page to pop up over my launch page offering the reader the emagazine as a free gift when they sign up. I already have a launch page designed, but need someone with excellent graphic skills and is familar with wordpress framework. The person will be responsible for designing the emagazine cover, adding the pop up page to the launch page, and adding the text to the pop up page. I also provide PDF reports and need a design for the cover (similar to the emagazine and website design). Since the website is fashion related, someone capable of giving these items a fashion magazine feel is preferred. I look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in this job.
