Nice Page+Graphic Design for PDF project

I need a VERY good designer and a Very creative person to design some original pages for a pdf. I need the design in two different versions and color scheme. I also want them in MSword and in HTML format. Yo will design header, footer, body etc. Project Tasks: - same page color with some modification of design, 2 different layouts at least - Project must be delivered not beyond 15 days if your design is chosen. Otherwise project may be canceled - Submit all pictures format for the project whether in(gif, jpeg,psd and so forth). We need the PSD, Actions, and fonts files to make future changes in the text. - work must be original, no copycat, bad taste design or templates - use the examples that I will provide to create this project, but do copy it. Use your imagination to create something original and unique.
