Online Realestate Listings (webdesign only)

We are building a new websit that is designed for online realesate listings, where agents and owners place their propertes as listngs, and people interested can search and browse, and then contact the onwers/agents directly. * Features: The website will have a HOME page with big search box and a quick (what-is) video.. and then we have the following pages: SEARCH (View As List, View As Map) : Regular Seach with filters, and the results are either shown on map, or shown as list ADD LISTING where the owner/agent place thier listing, section by section.. VIEW LISTING where the users and public can view the listing PROFILE: is a publicly accessible profile page for the user, showing their logo, and their listings, COMPARE: where peoble can quickly compare two or more properties LOGIN/RESGISTER: user can login by username/password, or via Facebook or Google * NOTE on Lanaguage The website will be available in both English and Arabic (BUT you will only design the english version). To change languages, the user will click on language bar at the top in each page. * Design Theme: We beleive that YouTube is good enough design, easy to use, and dynamic. We beleive that the search page and view listing page should have similar aspects. The mockups attached to this project might give you an idea about that. We are open to new designs though.. * Pages to be included in the design The following pages are expected: - Home Page - Search, View as Map - Search, View as List - View Property - Add Listing - Public Profile - Login / Register pages * Deliverables - Two versions: Full and Mobile (Suitable for smartphones like iPhone and Android devices), with same features - Open PSD/Illustrator (or whatever known design software you used) - HTML / CSS that is browser safe (IE6+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) - NO flash/applets/silverlight etc please! Only HTML / CSS / Javascript (and jQuery) * WHAT is NOT included: - no server-side programming at all - no need to link with google login or facebook comments or so * IMPORTANT: Mockups are available for you! Most of the pages described above can be found in attachement as HTML mockups (done using Axure application).. just go the [login to view URL] page to view them.
