URGENT: Redesign of right side bar on our home page needed

Overview: The attached image ([login to view URL]) is of our new home page layout. You will notice a right side bar element to the home page where there are 5 thumbnails (take tour, live demo, case study, learn, contact). We are not happy with how these thumbnails look. The design is very elementary and not cutting-edge when compared to the rest of the page. The following website has a right side bar (listen, access, watch videos) that we really like: [login to view URL] . 1) The side bar stands out from the rest of the page 2) the thumbnails buttons are appealing and draw clicks. What we need: A designer to provide 2-3 different designs for our right side bar by 10/25 Monday morning 8am PST. We will choose one of those design and that finalized to close the project. Award process: - Along with your bid, please send me your portfolio or any other information that will allow us to see your talent. Submitting a sample design of what we're asking for above is highly encouraged. - We hope to choose a designer by the end of the day today 10/23 to allow them tomorrow to work on the designs. - We will provide a source PSD immediately for you to work with. Once the project is awarded: - You will submit 2-3 potential designs. We will work to get these designs ready for presentation to the rest of our team by 8am PST 10/23 - By end of day 10/23 we will choose which single design to continue to work with. - We will work closely until that design is finalized.
