96771 Webhosting Website Design

I need a website designed based on the theme of Gold Shield Hosting. This design should relay to the customer that there is a Gold Shield protecting them and keeping their websites safe and secure. I have a mediocre design up made using a cheap template that I feel looks very plain and not overly attractive. It can be seen at: http://www.goldshieldhosting.com. Please note that I will require the following as a minimum: Entry ([login to view URL]) page that should offer three hosting options: 1 - Personal Hosting 2 - Business Hosting 3 - Corporate Hosting The format and placement of these options on the site are at your discretion, however please allow in your design, the option of me changing prices and plan names as I see fit. Photoshop (.psd) files should be included of all images so that I might alter any fixed price text or plan name text you place on the page. The site should not be overly image heavy in that you should be able to load the website on the internet fairly quickly yet still be attractive enough to catch the eye. I do not want a PLAIN website, however I do not want a website that is 95% image based either. The structure of the website should be such that I can break apart the website into 2 pieces - the Header and the Footer. This is so that I can place my shopping cart into the middle and have it look fairly fluid. I would like my site logo to be simple, elegant, and attractive. I do not want it to be complicated or overly detailed. The overall site appearance should radiate various hues and shades of Blue. Other colors are acceptable to give texture, however blue should be the dominant color. The background should be a darker shade of blue, one that would easily offset the main content of the site and cause it to stand out. Text should match the site oppositely, in that it should stand out from the blue without becoming a struggle for the eyes. I will be using various scripts such as forums and help desks and shopping carts and all will need to be able to integrate into the design you create. Please allow for this, so that I might easily recognize what portion can be broken off in order to encompass themes for these various tools I will be using. This should not be a difficult design job for someone creative and neat. I am not expecting a full complete website with multiple pages, just a template I can use to place my content into and still look as though the template was designed around my content.
