website landing page / site pop up / basic background / site logo

I have a new website being made, it is an adult site and I want it to have a design theme just like the Sin City movie graphics. I need the theme design to be done for the site background, and a landing page, but basically the work consists of: 1. A pop up page which will have artwork on it that will tie into site. This pop up is over the top of the landing page, and is for 18+ to enter or leave. 2. A landing page which I want to be like a person is just entering a club. They can see what is happening just inside and are on their way inn. 3. A design for the select nationality page on my website. This will be a interactive global map that people will click the continent they would like to view. Has to also match the website theme. 4. A basic background for the website. 5. A logo for the top of the site, thin banner width. Like I said theme is to match Sin City movie, see attached pics. I will supply any real photo's needed of girls, but the scene and everything else will be that comic computer generated style like the movie. So it is up to designer to come up with scene, and theme idea's. The design style is to make up of: 1. Using dark scene's and dark colours that nearly look black 2. Using colours to highlight features we want the visitors to see 3. Pretty much just like the movie design style I would like the logo text to be the same as this movie text maybe, up to designers idea's. Strictly looking for people capable, will want to see your examples of this style work prior to be considered being awarded the job.
