HTML5 Coding for Homepage

Provide HTML5 coding to create a home page based on the attached .jpg. A photoshop file will be provided upon award of the project. Much of the code for this page is available at www.chassis-plans.com. 1. The page should be responsive and adjust per the browser width. 2. Create the top bar and top navigation as a library file as in the current site. The navigation text should be text, not part of the background image with an image map. The drop-down navigation should be implemented similar to the existing site. The design, colors, etc for the drop-downs should fit within this new site look. 3. Use external css as appropriate. Minimal in-line formatting. 4. Code the Contact-Us form using the form fields as in the form on the existing page. Note on the current page Search Site function at the top the populated text clears when the cursor is positioned in the box. That function should be implemented in the Contact Us form boxes. 5. The rotating banner at the top of the existing page should be implemented. Note the change from the image navigation to the dots. 6. Code for no html errors. 7. Utilize existing css where possible. Provide a separate css file for new css definitions. 8. This page will be sustained in Dreamweaver so the coding should be Dreamweaver friendly including use of Library files as appropriate.
