We have a religous/political/social web site in Turkish that needs a cool look. It has to be optimized for modern IE/Firefox/Chrome and to the maximum degree possible mobile browsers. It must not require SSI or PHP/ASP/etc. Just some GFX/CSS/HTML. I plan the colors green/blue/grey and white to be used in general. We just want 1 page and I will do the duplication. Actually the site has only 7 pages in total. I will give the current URL to those who post comments and then they would be bidding.
