Website design and Logo transformed in to PSD

Hi, I need a website design similar to this site [login to view URL] color scheme will be red instead of blue. The site should be easy to put together as we are using a CMS system to build the pages and the design will be the template for the content. Part of the design includes the logo in psd format. The logo is very simple so shouldn’t be too much of a problem. This shouldn’t take too long and shouldn’t be too expensive. Only serious bidders. Please send relative links of work.
