I currently have a website but it needs to be "polished" and streamlined. also need to add several pages to it. Freelancer must be an expert ADOBE FLASH designer ( the website is a flash website ) -- if you are not an expert adobe flash designer .don't bother responding to this request. also ADOBE FLASH expert must reside in South Florida. I need to meet face to face with freelancer. My website must be PERFECT. ! I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS. SO FAR I HAVE WASTED VALUABLE TIME WITH IDIOTS WHO CLAIM TO KNOW ADOBE FLASH - BUT IN THE END THEY ARE ALL FULL OF IT.
