Fix Design Issues of Elementor Website & Create Client Login

***PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A PLACEHOLDER BID AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL PRICING FOR SCOPE 1,2 & 3*** SCOPE 1 - Fix Design & clean up backend of Elementor Website: 1. Fixing the front end of the site a. Global change - the website looks too zoomed in and large - it needs to be adjusted down by 20-25%. We tested this using the <ctrl><->(minus) buttons and that's where it looks appropriate b. Home page: i. Banner & first section text needs to be justified and side margins possibly made thinner ii. Images insider slider boxes need to resized to size of slider boxes, so they're not cut off. Also need to ensure only one post (to which they're html'd) shows at a time, even when browser window is reduced iii. We would like to change the 'About' section to something similar to the 'Vision' & 'Mission' sections, and use the image to the left side, with the copy on the right c. Page 2: i. We have 11 tiles on this page and they need to be sized to accommodate the next copy (the old copy was longer). The size of the tile will be driven by amount of copy, but they cannot be massive and take up the entire screen, so it might be useful to think of creative ways to display the copy, while keeping the size of the tile at a manageable level - at a minimum, 3 tiles per horizontal section/line ii. Each of these 11 tiles leads to a landing page, and each landing page has somewhere between 3-5 tiles that require this same correction as (i) above iii. All the tiles across the main page and its landing pages have to be the same size iv. The titles above the tiles need to be sized slightly smaller and corrected to our brand colour d. Page 3: i. Resize the tile titles and their boxes and adjust colour to our brand palette ii. Add a call to action button at the bottom of the page which scrolls visitor down to contact form in footer iii. Ensure that the contact form (and all the rest of the contact forms on the site) send an alert to an email address to be provided e. Page 4 i. This page has two filters - one at the top and one below, for two types of posts we include on our site. The bottom filter is perfect, but the top filter has radio buttons and needs to be converted to the same type (as well as font) of the bottom filter, which is tick box. We would prefer that box filters look, visually, like the one in the Canva design ii. We would like to add another set of categories to the posts for a 3rd filter. These new categories will be different types of technologies (categories with subcategories). The nomenclature is in the Canva wireframe f. Page 5 - is in perfect condition except a small tweak to centre the contact details above the map, instead of being justified to the left g. Page 6 i. This is a Member's login page - please see below Scope 2 part of this project h. Ensure that the website is fully responsive and works beautifully on mobiles, tablets and reduced browser windows i. Ensure that the latest copy - the document of which will be shared with the freelancer, is reflected on the website 2. Finalising the website back-end a. We currently have 54 plugins, of which 46 are active. We need to rationalise these down to only the ones we need and delete the rest, so as to both speed up the site and make ongoing updates easier - pls check in with us before deleting any, as we may be using them for commercial, not operational purposes b. Ensure that the database transfer hasn't missed anything - we discovered for instance that one of the video posts was missing its video, and some of the posts seem to still be showing multiple images, even though some of the images had been suppressed in the live website posts. ***PLEASE DON'T COPY THE DATABASE FROM LIVE WEBSITE OVER, AS WE HAVE BEGUN TO CATEGORISE THE POSTS IN THE STAGING SITE DATABASE c. Ensure that there are no 404/broken links on the site d. Ensure that the Wordpress, Elementor and active plugins are all updated to most current versions DEADLINE FOR SCOPE 1 - The deadline will be agreed with the freelancer in advance, but will be a strict deadline, as we will have several other key action items that will rely on this. Please don't provide a deadline that you can't meet SCOPE 2 - Create a Client Login area The login area should have the following features: 1. Customizable user profiles with various access levels 2. Member's login area should to be built to do the following: a. Allow us to set up 5-6 categories of proprietary information, as shared on last page of Canva design. Each category will have various pieces of (sub-category) content in it. We should be able to create a login for a client, selecting the appropriate category and within that, which pieces of content/sub-categories that particular client will be entitled to have access to. In other words, a client may have only one piece of content in a given category, so we need the ability to tick box various pieces of content within a given category b. Once the client is provided with the login, they should be able to login through the front page (which has already been designed and created on the existing website), then be taken to a page that has a banner and the content that has been selected for them c. The content should be locked and only viewable on the site. In other words, clients are not able download this content, with the exception of the databases. For instance, if they have access to a report in pdf, they are not able, through the viewer menu, to download this report, or be able to click <ctrl C/P/etc.> d. We would like to have a mechanism where we are able to prevent password sharing, so the login is tied to a MAC address or something unique like that (IP addresses are somewhat problematic, as people use VPNs and large companies have a common IP for all employees). We will be selling a license for 5 devices to access the agreed content. No other devices should have access, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as a stolen mobile, or replaced laptop, in which case the client will need to come to us to add the new device MAC address to the approved license list e. Please note that there will be no payment portal on this site. All payments will be made offline via invoices and paid directly to the company offline DEADLINE FOR SCOPE 2 - 2 weeks from award of project SCOPE 3 - Ongoing maintenance: -keep the website functional and update Wordpress, elementor, plugins, etc. to ensure top security and everything continues to function beautifully DEADLINE FOR SCOPE 3 - First quarter would start 3 months from award of project We will provide Canva link, access to our cloud drive that has the images & website copy, and WordPress user login once project is awarded. We will require an NDA with IP rights to be signed for this project, as provided on the shared drive.
