Html template editing!!!

I need a html expert to do this list for me: [login to view URL] Note: I don't want a person or a company that's using dreamweaver to edit my template because you never can do it right. I need a person who knows html and edit the code raw.... I spent over 12 hours yesterday waiting for an indain person to do simple html editing ( all I asked was to copy the front top part of my template (logo to header menu) and transfer it to my "directory template", which only has like 4 lines of code....... and this is what I get [login to view URL] ....... It has always been this way. I am not racist but I've worked with over 15 indian people....All of these indian people have never finished my project, always making me settle for less, scam me, and I've wasted over atleast 500 hours staying up waiting for an indian person to finished my job and later find out they can't do it! So please if you're an indian, please be sured you're qualified to do this, as I want nothing less or more!!!!
