Need good UI/UX frond end designer to build bootstrap4 forms. 1. its a simple task but need good ui/ux developer. 2. validation for fields 3. use json fixture where needed (i.e. datatable , dropdown) 4. responsive layout. 5. eye catching layout. 6. HTML Code should be clean 7. There will be 5-10 forms in this project (phase-1) 8. form may contain text, textarea, datatable, dropdown, grid checkbox etc. Plz share url/screenshot of your work Before releasing payment you need to show the screenshot
