Hello, According to the project description you need an online store in phase 1 with the below mentioned functionalities. We have developed most of them in multiple websites so we have the experience which might be beneficial for you. As you have good budget and would definitely want to grow the site as time goes by, we will suggest to go for a custom site instead of shopify as it limits the functionality and hinders the site to become scalable for future. Besides, custom site developed in programming language like dot net is much secure and helps in data optimization.
