Upload Files to Remote Server - With User Manager

******Please note I don't have root access to Remote Server*********** I'd like to create a page where I can create user accounts and have these users upload to a specific folder on a remote account. I only have FTP access to this remote account. While I realize I could create users, the web manager won't allow that as an option. So, what I'd like to do is guide users to the folders they need to go to under my root FTP account. In other words, if I have a user in Chicago and a user in Dallas, I'd like them to be to open a page and be delivered to /root/chicago or /root/dallas as appropriate. Again, all I have is FTP access to the remote server.
