Website Design

I need a graphic design for a new website I am invloved with. The final graphics will include the following: 1) A home page template 2) A generic template which will be used throught the navigation of the site 3) a logo which will be part of both templates mentioned above The site will be used by clients which will post up a request for a service, and the service provider which will post up bids for a specific service request. This means that when client logs in he will have a different set of options to link to, as opposed to the service provider. I would like these options to be part of the design (maybe have 2 rowes of menu selection linked together) The home page must include a login box for client and service provider, a space to post up 'hot' requests, news box, banner space. The generic template must include the menu options to easily navigate throught the different options provided for the client and service provider. Keep in mind that there are a number of forms (some are quite big) which need to have enough space to fit on the generic template. Thanks
