Looking to create a very simple web application that is available via iOS/android. This app idea, will be used for another app with the same idea in mind, simplicity. So this bid is for 4 apps, 2 android and 2 iOS and will be called App 1 and App 2. The core platform will be easily modified from the backend, so admin can add/remove news stories and create/remove /pin stories. Photos and videos can be included. Push notifications will be an option for new stories on app. User profiles are created to enable/disable certain notifications. Notifications can be created by area. Users can submit photos. App 1 will need to have access to the Petfinder API (confirm if this is possible via mobile or if it is only restricted via website) App 2 will need to pull weather data in usa such as watches, warnings, advisories etc. It will also need to have weather radar and forecasts. Just to be clear, this is a VERY simple project, I don't want this to be made to be complex.
