Website Pros Wanted for FreelancerFraud.com Project

I am starting a website which will monitor and investigate Fraud in the Freelancing Industry. The domain name is FreelancerFraud dotcom and will consist of a Forum, a rating system for both Buyers and Sellers of Freelancer Services, a Backend Administration area to operate the whole site, SEO, OSCommerce or Store to Donate or purchase Books and other information, also forms to collect information. I would also like to be able to include Google Adsence and maybe Amazon to help me pay for all of the advertising I will need to do. What I would like is to find someone who is willing to pretty much donate all of the time and scripts to get the site started. I would like for the site to be a PHP script since I can work with it pretty well after installation. I am open to other suggestions on the system to be used.
