Data Transform Application

I need an application built that transforms data from various communication/collaboration solution sources in their individual native format to either an .EML or .MSG format. Configurable ouput locations including local directories,network share locations, and exchange mailboxes. Deliverables must be stand alone install, Documentation and source. Solution must include all required resources where possible. Target platform Windows Server 64 bit. Final form TDB , I'm open to either a console app or full UI at this point, ideal if its a distributed architecture to allow off-loading the processing jobs to multiple servers..
