Tutorial: Porting particular Modx site from Evolution 1.0.2 to Revolution (latest release)

I have a site based on the Modx CMS v1.0.2 and I need to be able to port it completely to Modx Revolution. I've already tried using the provisioner plugin and couldn't finish the problem, so selected bidder should have experience with porting rather large sites from Evolution to Revolution. On selection, you will be given Modx admin password and sql dump of the database and should you need FTP access as well (all other resources should be available without the need to use FTP, so I will give FTP info only if you provide valid reason). Lastly the project is not actually porting the site itself, the deliverable will be a tutorial on how to port the target site (including all of the resources and functionality) from Modx Evolution to new installation of Modx Revolution. Thus you should be able to port it e.g. to your server, then write/record how you did so and submit it, and after I'm able to reproduce the result, I will release the funds. Note that you have to have your own testing environment, even if you are given any access there shall be absolutely no changes made on the live site. Lastly I should note that any generic/automated bids will be ignored. Thanks and happy bidding.
