safari plugin made

I need a safari plugin made for Mac OSX. This will POST to my server for every webpage the url, browser, and country of origin. In return for the url I will hand back a url to use as a pop-under ad or return nothing at all. The client then should open up this url as a pop-under ad. The current url should be blacklisted for 8 hours to ensure that the ad does not pop up again in that time frame. Every time a user clicks on the ad and sees it that information should be sent back to the server to be recorded. You may choose whether you wish to send this information every couple of hours or send it back immediately. The client should be able to change it's file signature upon every install to ensure that it's not easily detectable by anti-adware software. This should be very easy work for anyone who has made safari plugins before. ## Deliverables I have plenty of other similiar work available for the person that can do this job right
