Security Pro needed for Windows 2003 Server

I have a Windows 2003 Server with Plesk 9.5.5 installed. I currently use IPSec to lock down FTP, RDC, PLESK, SSH to exact IP address access. I need the following: 1. Analyze exposure and suggest / install software to trap: a. DDOS attacks, ban IP of attacker b. Solution software purchase cannot exceed $200, NOR be a monthly fee. 2. Solutions and Fixes must not interfere with Plesk or MailEnable 3. Suggest and implement any other know vulnerabilities. 4. You must be a security Pro, with many jobs with Windows Server 5. Do not apply with rating less than 9.0 6. We should have ongoing daily contact until completed. Thanks, Greg
