I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 12 running Windows 10 Home. It has a Bluetooth keyboard case; I would identify it specifically but it has no writing on it and Belarc Advisor didn't say anything useful. My problem is that the keyboard goes to sleep after about 10 seconds of inactivity, and nothing I have done to try to fix this works. One of the first things your mind is likely to suggest is to go to the Device Manager and disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the Power Management tab. I have done this, though you are welcome to tell me if I'm missing something. I have also installed the latest driver. The keyboard still goes to sleep. This problem is driving me mental. The deliverable is simple: you will be paid when my keyboard does not go to sleep anymore. When the computer is on, the keyboard should be on. No exceptions.
