Network consists of 1 x Cisco Wireless Controller and 11 Access Points. Everything was working fine until about 2 weeks ago, users are now experiencing difficulties connecting and we suspect that it may be environmental and possible interference.
Looking for someone with the right skill set to perform a survey and diagnose source of interference\issue. This will require an onsite visit and we will have one of our engineers assist onsite.
