222464 WordPress Theme

We need a wordpress theme using the design at [login to view URL] which is a currently a flash site. The theme will replace the site, so we are using WP as the cms. Our desire is to keep the home page distinct from the inner pages as it is now. However, this may change depending on price. Please quote with and without this option. In the menu bar space should be allocated for the possibility of an additional menu item as we may add a blog. There are a couple of menu items which will require the addition of a drop down option. We're open to your suggestions around hard coding this vs. using one of the available plugin options. The site will need to render properly in IE 6, 7 & 8 as well as FireFox and Safari. You should be available via skype, gtalk, or phone for conversations as needed during the project. We will escrow the funds, but no funds will be released prior to the completion of the project. Please don't bid on the project if you are not comfortable with this arrangement. We aren't asking for delivery of the files prior to payment just demonstrated proof that the project has been completed to our satisfaction.
