Modify responsive wordpress template to our wishes - repost

Due to another coder has messed up our previous project and was taking WAY over our estimated time and we are in serious trouble now, we are looking for a SERIOUS and REAL expert. Not a wannabe. We need to have some modifications to our responsive wordpress template the way we want it. There is sadly enough no new psd present, due to the previous coder, so it needs to be done in the existing html OR you need to change the psd in a way we have it now. Due to a high amount of costs we had with the terrible coders, our budget is low. So please consider this before bidding! We can have more work in the future if you work good though. ONE THING: YOU NEED TO WORK ON OUR MACHINE, if you can't, we can't work at all! This is due the fact we need to start filling our site! You need to work consistent and it must NOT take days! Some modifications: - Pages design - Contact page (needs to be designed, examples present) - arrange icons / sliders - check all responsive parts and positions - some other thingies Again, this is very urgent, so please only bid if you are SURE you can do it and SURE you can finish it in time!!!
