Edit My Wordpress Theme To Use JW Player 6 W/ Ads Rather Than Default WP Player

I am currently using Newspaper 6 theme built by tagdiv. I have a license for JW Player 6 (Ads Edition) and I would like to use that rather than the default Wordpress player that is built into the theme. The theme needs to be modified so that all videos added play in JW Player Version 3.9 (I have JW Player Plugin For Wordpress installed and an ads edition player key) and after each video, the latest one added automatically plays after a pre-roll and page refresh so that more banner impressions are generated. This is what the theme creator suggested for adding JW Player: "The theme uses the default Wordpress video embed functionality and for featured videos we use the following code – [login to view URL] I cannot provide a quick solution for this, you have to make modifications to the code that will require a programmer." Here is what is required: 1. When I paste in a URL (it will always be links to videos hosted on Vimeo Pro) I want the video to play in JW Player 6.9 (the latest version before 7.0) and always load a pre-roll advertisement. After each video, there should always be a playlist of additional videos. It should automatically show the latest videos in all the icon placements under the video player, but allow the user to change to playlist (automatically generated) based on that category. 2. Using Companion Ads (JW Player reference page below), the 300x250 advertisment placement on this page should always be called from the VAST/VPAID Ad Code and if there is no companion banner, I have an ad tag for a 300x250 banner which should be displayed. When a video finishes, the page should refresh and load the next video shown in the icon list below the video player, spawning a new pre-roll automatically and auto-playing the next video.
