Fix virus on Photography site

[login to view URL] has a virus on it. We installed SECURI but it didnt help. WHen you click on the pHOTOGRAPHY TAB (WHICH ISNT REALLY EVEN CLICKABLE), it takes you off the site. Certain other computers show virus on other tabs but I only see on this one place see attached video. Also I have a theme update, and I want to change the wp-admin of the site to be this page to login: [login to view URL] Also need to make theme update which I have and any plugins of TWENTY FIFTEEN, etc. I see some red spots that need updating. Need to make sure no more virus. Thanks Lee
