Integration of MailChimp and a Counter for Wordpress

1) Need to integrate a counter into the backend of my site so i can see how many people are coming. Ideally it would be good to also get an idea of from where these visitors are around the world. I think i saw a plugin that does this. But please make sure whatever we use is a good plugin. 2) Need to integrate mailchimp widget into wordpress front end so users can choose to register if they want to receive updates to the session highlights tab. Please make sure to also train me on exactly how this will work. For example, what happens if i post a an update and then edit it. I don't want people to get 2 emails because i edited. So please make sure to explain to me how will work. 3) The mailchimp widget needs to be integrated in a very strategic spot. Maybe in the upper right corner of the session highlights box. BUT IF WE DO THAT, IT NEEDS TO FIT NICELY AND CAN'T FALL OVER THE TEXT FROM THE SESSION HIGHLIGHTS.
