First case can be adjusted via template code adjustment in Child theme where we can change PHP code as needed. For second case I have no idea how the slick slider got integrated or which theme you are using that being said if its integrated in the them than again I can code in the tag but I have to be sure how its working in the theme. 3rd case, Simple!!!
