Transpose Web-page idea from MS Word to HTML - Design is Already Complete - Just Need to be Transposed

We have a design that needs to be cleaned up. Attached is a Microsoft Word document we'd like to have transposed into HTML. The template that is in this Word Document is going to be used for our [login to view URL] auctions. So, the code you will use to make this template compatible with the internet must also be compatible within [login to view URL]'s framework. If you can, please open the document and I'll try to explain what I want from top-bottom, and left-right. From the top, we'd like to link the "Wonder Mother" logo to our store home page. The 4 balloons must be linked to corresponding sections of our "About Me" page. To get an idea of what I mean, you can view our store by going to [login to view URL] The top navigation bar will be simple links that link to search results in the store; and we can provide those links upon your request. The left navigation bar will probably need to be mapped to links that link to search results in the store, but if you can create a table that allows us to change some of the links, then that would be better. I would rather have the ability to change some of the words out if needed instead of having to creating a new image and mapping it. The picture and discription area is a little more complicated. I would like the images to roll into the main picture area when someone places their mouse on one of the smaller images that are displayed at the right. Finally, I will need to be able to change these pictures out, as well as the text in the description area. So, the simpler you can make it for me, the better. I have multiple WYSIWYG editors that may help me, such as CoffeeCup, DreamWeaver, and NVU. So, please keep that in mind when you create this...think, "is this simple for Jay to manipulate?"
