Create a simple xsl template from sample data in the DOM provided

Looking for a simple template to show me how to declare a variable in the template and call the value that is currently stored in the DOM. Just need to see how to declare, and to have it set to display. This sample would be a wait time template that pulls a value that is stored and displays it in an XSL Template. A sample of the data in the DOM would be: <Wait_Times> <WaitTimes Queue_ID="B309C79F-AA3E-42E2-8CEF-0BAF3CB01E86" IATA="ABC" Site_ID="1" Queue_Name="ABC queue 0" Projected_Wait_Time="14" Projected_Min_Wait="14" Projected_Max_Wait="18" Updated_Time="2016-04-06T10:06:45.907" /> </Wait_Times> I would be pulling values from this showing the projected wait time, as well as the projected minimum and maximum wait times.
