PROJECT DETAILS: 1- Product Design (mechanical and electrical). 2- Requirement of the project was to make an autonomous robot using field programmable gate arrays(fpga), encoders(Sensor) and H-bridges. 3- Designed two H-bridges for the purpose of motor driver, designed encoder circuitry and generated Pulse code mudulation(PWM) in Xilinx. 4- Further Testing the variable PWMs using CRO(Cathode Rays Oscilloscope), verified the encoder response and checked H-bridge functionality ...successfully. 5- Integration of the blocks into the system and after some troubleshooting, got success. 3) By hard work and research, an application of high speed autonomous robot implemented successfully.

Introduction to project: This project is basically an electronic monitoring system which will allow remote monitoring of the system from a specific distance i.e. you don’t need to manually monitor anything. In this system, temperature of the lube oil used is continuously measured and monitored. In case if temperature rises from certain level, alarm goes off and a mechanism is auto started to lower the temperature up to certain level. And while lowering the temperature, it is also monitored to avoid un-necessary cooling of lube oil. Secondary, this project monitors the vibrations of rotating machines. Due to continuous monitoring, we are able to keep the vibrations in a limit using certain algorithm which prevents the damaging of the system. Attached GUI for for information please..
