I have a DC motor and a YUMO encoder. In order to connect them I use Arduino Uno + Arduino Motor Shield R3. The aim is; A motor that is controlled by our encoder. Meaning: when we turn encoder in clockwise, our motor needs to turn in clockwise direction and vice versa. And the speed of the motor needs to be determined with the turning speed (rste of change in the encoder angle) of the encoder. Motor's speed varies between 0 - 255.
