I require a website that I can upload a video to and it will convert it into 3 different formats ready to be sold/downloaded by our members. I bought and extensively modified a membership admin for a client. He says he can't upload jpgs in the certificate section. It's a Karate gym. So I assume you can only upload doc or psds or something or it could be more then that. 2. He needs to be able to print out certificates. I'll pay $20 for this work.
This is a 2d...2d character animation project with the final output being a 1920 by 1080 video. The animation will be full color, about 10 seconds long, and is based on storyboards that will be provided. Backgrounds and logos will also be provided.
