Car Dealership looking for an ongoing Accountant / Bookkeeper

I am looking for a smart, dependable, hard working accountant/bookkeeper to handle our day to day transactions and bookkeeping. I use a Dealer Management System that has basic accounting functions and all the Vehicle buying/selling/vehicle expenses are logged in the Frazer DMS system. Again this is strickly for the cars I buy and sell and all the expenses associated with those vehicles. Then I have Quickbooks Enterprise 16 for everything else. Frazer also has a integration with Quickbooks and can sync all the transactions with a click of a button. The integration has already been done and most of the chart of accounts have been linked. It is important that you understand and ensure you do the following if we work together: -Daily enter all invoices and receipts and expenses in Frazer & Quickbooks (10-20 Daily) -Enter All Accounts Payables in both systems -Reconcile Bank accounts and ensure balances are accurate and up to date -All credit cards and expenses are entered and bank feeds/transactions are clasified accordingly -Enter inventory in QB from Frazer and clasify all sales from Frazer in correct sections and all expenses from that vehicle -Enter all bills and statements in QB so i can go in and approve/pay any bills when do. -Prepare tax documents for Department of Labor, Unemployment, Sales Tax, Federal, etc - Monthly, Quarterly as needed and required *** Prepare Weekly financial reports of profit and loose after making sure all expenses and income is recorded Initially you would have to correct and make sure the last 5 months of invoices were done correctly as the last bookkeeper was doing it incorrectly. weThis will be an on going job and not a one time thing.
