70747 PHP Script / Class

i am looking for someone to build me a php class: The php function must do the following. Accept 2 urls from a form or database a url input ie url #1 is the webpage that contains the text your looking for url#2 is the text that has to be found on the page next the function validates the text exists on the page. If the text does exist it returns a true or "1" value if the text DOES NOT exist it returns a false or "0" value A demonstration of the function working is required before payment so a simple form will be needed with 2 inputs one for the url of the site to check one for the text to find on the page This will be used as a link validator in a reciprocal link script.
