COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BUILDING MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH REAL ESTATE DOCS. For my business, I am seeking a proficient bookkeeper to provide seamless general bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation services. Your role will entail the following: - Consistent General Bookkeeping: This includes managing my financial transactions and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurately maintained. -Generate and send 4 monthly rent invoice with varying utility payments. - Prepare financial statements: Periodically, you will create accurate, timely financial statements to help me understand the financial position of my business. The ideal candidate will have profound experience with QuickBooks, as that is our primary bookkeeping tool. You will work on a weekly basis, ensuring continuity in managing the financial records. Expertise in making the bookkeeping process hassle-free and efficient is indispensable.
