character recognition

hi every one my project is for character recognition in neural networks using matlab 1. we have to enhance the image using least constrained squares filter [login to view URL] have to do the edge detection to our enhanced image 3. i had croped some part from the edge detected image [login to view URL] have to divide the image into sub images 5. By using the neural network, i need a code in matlab to detect the croped image by comparing each sub image with the croped image i have done untill step 3, the enhanced image is figure 3 and croped image figure 5 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
