Recruitment website

I need a frontpage designed for a UK based recruitment. In addition I need one further template page that would maintain the site's style which I could then work of further. The project would involve coding using either HTML or Java and I would attempt to provide as much help as you need. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website in form ready to either publish on the internet or work further on as well as complete source code of all work. 2) I will need the coder to use some images I've aleady created in order to create a professional looking intro page for the website. Coders must work within design limits as the company needs to maintain its colour scheme. 3) The coder will deliver: a) The front-page containing active images based on a template I will provide. b) A template page linked to from the front-page that will allow me to enter data as needed through a common HTML editor such as Dreamweaver. I must be able to easily edit this page because the end product will contain roughly ten pages. c) A provision to work on the design until I am happy with it and I feel it fits the layout / colour scheme that I have been asked to create. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site should work on Internet Explorer and most common browsers. If programs such as Flash are used then the option to either download or skip the Flash for end users must be included.
