Dear Sir, I have graduated in electrical and electronic engineering, and have studied courses about digital electronics. I have completed multiple tasks with FPGAs using the Verilog HDL. I should be able to successfully complete your project within the deadline, should you choose me for your project. Do you have a Xilinx FPGA with you available all the time? I currently do not have an FPGA with me now, and I will have to go to my institution's lab in order to get access to an FPGA. If you have an FPGA with you, I can send you the code and you can then programme your FPGA using the code and report to me the results (via Freelancer chat or any means you feel comfortable).
